  1. I can see this working in a lecture – rather than having an agenda slide, I'd use the TOC. Oh, and that would really help if I wanted to do X topic instead of Y topic because I was running out of time…

  2. Ooooo… you could also design a jeopardy style game with this technique, too, with the sections being the "answers" on the board.

  3. Took me awhile to figure out that I don't have the Zoom option because it is only available for Office 365 or PPT version 2019. Question: If I did have these versions, created my non-linear PPT, but then played the PPT at a lecture site that did not have Office 365 or PPT version 2019, would the zoom features/non-linear PPT still work?

  4. Q: What versions of PowerPoint have this feature?

A: That depends, and will hopefully be updated/increased over time! Please check this page for details on which versions have this capability — scroll to the bottom and look at the "Requirements" table : https://support.office.com/en-us/article/use-zoom-for-powerpoint-to-bring-your-presentation-to-life-9d6c58cd-2125-4d29-86b1-0097c7dc47d7

  5. Really cool feature, going to make my lecture where I let students vote on which diseases they want to cover so much more interactive and easy to set up!

Now to figure out how I can use this feature in a quiz so that students cannot progress until they get the right answer
